Questions
What is a “person” in pricing?
A person is anyone on your roster being assessed: the employees you are evaluating. Licensed managers (the people doing the assessing) are included in your plan.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full Business features for 14 days with up to 25 people on your roster. No credit card required. If you don't subscribe, your data stays safe in read-only mode. Nothing is deleted.
What happens after the trial expires?
Your account becomes read-only. You can still view all your assessments, growth plans, and analytics. You just can't edit until you subscribe. Your data is never deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Team to Business at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What AI features are included?
Both plans include AI coaching plans (personalized development guidance) and the weekly AI Briefing (curated intelligence with actionable advice). The Business plan adds AI architecture generation, the AI Maturity Assessment across 10 business domains, and higher coaching limits.
Can I customize the architectures?
The Business plan includes a custom architecture builder, AI-powered architecture generation, and full marketplace access. Create frameworks from scratch, generate them with AI, install community-built architectures, or share yours with others.
